Dropped 2 dress sizes, lost 28 lbs and have become noticeably stronger.

NOTE FROM REBECCA: Patti should be commended for stepping outside of her comfort zone on her own initiative. She came to the Flirt Fitness studio with no previous resistance training experience outside of a generic step class. Initially a little sceptical and slightly apprehensive about the whole process, Patti is now as fit as many females half her age in all components of fitness: strength, endurance, cardio vascular conditioning and flexibility. Certain exercises aggravated Patti’s sciatica in the beginning, but as her fitness level and physical performance capabilities increased (and continue to do so), she is now able to execute these exercises, including lunges, kettle bell and smith machine squats, pain free. Patti is a perfect example of the myriad benefits of a personalized training program.
