Flat bench chest press with 30 lbs dumbbells for 10 reps and all kinds of lunges for 20 reps per leg – when I first started I couldn’t do more than 4!
WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU NOTICED AS A RESULT OF TRAINING AT FLIRT FITNESS?
I love the tone in my legs. It’s amazing to me how much lean, toned muscle mass I’ve gained. I also had back problems for years and that has diminished! The fact that I’m eating WAY better and sticking to it has made me feel healthier all around.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST ABOUT TRAINING AT FLIRT FITNESS?
It’s hard to pick one so I’ll list the top 5!
1. Rebecca – her encouragement makes you push it farther than you’ve ever thought.
2. The routines are always different, making it fun yet challenging.
3. The group classes are fun and full of support.
4. The pole sessions are so much fun! It’s amazing that in 1 hour you can feel like the sexiest woman ever!!
5. THE RESULTS!!! Nothing makes me happier than my results. It’s an unbelievable feeling to see how far I’ve come and I know I can stick to this to reach new goals!

Stick with Rebecca! Rebecca’s always been supportive, positive and the best personal trainer all around. Her advice is golden and should not be ignored! Sticking to her meal plans and workout routines will equal RESULTS!!!
NOTE FROM REBECCA: I am so proud of Kristy and what she has accomplished. It has been incredible to witness, and be part of, her transformation. It took some time to reach the point of full commitment to her goals – but that’s part of the journey, no matter who you are or what the undertaking. I always believed she could do it, now she believes it too. To see her invert effortlessly upside down on the pole or watch her push through a tough set without even thinking about quitting is amazing. She has become the athletic, fit, strong, sexy, confident, determined, self disciplined, (and still lots of fun!) woman she was meant to be. You rock, Kristy!
