LENGTH OF TIME TRAINING AT FLIRT FITNESS: 9 months starting September 18, 20009 - 20 personal training sessions along with additional group personal training sessions

FAVOURITE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/SPORT OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO: Walking with Mojo


FAVOURITE EXERCISE: 
Any pole work and one arm dumbbell rows

 

LEAST FAVOURITE EXERCISE:I’ve come to appreciate all the exercises.  Like it or not it’s necessary to keep my body well balanced.


BODY PART THAT YOU’RE MOST PROUD OF:  All of it!!! Especially my abs.


PERSONAL BEST AND/OR TRAINING RELATED ACHIEVEMENT YOU’RE MOST PROUD OF:

30 lbs dumbbell chest press for reps on the flat bench, 40 lbs one arm dumbbell rows for reps and the Sun Wheel spin on the pole.
 
WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU NOTICED AS A RESULT OF TRAINING AT FLIRT FITNESS?

I went from being an XL/L (size 14) to a Medium/Small (size 8-10).  I love my abs, arms, shoulders, butt – everything!!!


WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST ABOUT TRAINING AT FLIRT FITNESS?

The camaraderie with the girls, the positive atmosphere and energy in the studio, the diversity of the workouts – it’s NEVER boring.


“WORDS OF WISDOM” FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO IMPROVE THEIR OVERALL HEALTH AND FITNESS?

Never say never!  You can do it.  Be determined.  Make the choice to be fat or fit.  I didn’t like it at first, but as I got stronger and felt better it became easier to make the choice to be fit.  Working out is now something I look forward to – it’s become part of who I am.  I never thought I could accomplish this – to get in shape the way I did – but I did it!  It’s been worth every penny.
