NOTE FROM REBECCA:
I first met Kristi at an advertising seminar, when she was in the initial contemplation stage of improving her health and fitness. Several months after that first meeting she contacted me, ready to fully commit to an action plan. Since day one of training she has been dedicated and disciplined – her incredible results are a testimony to her commitment to personal wellbeing. She is setting a wonderful example for her son and the rest of her family. With both a full and part time job, a home and family, Kristi always finds a way to make her fitness goals happen - she looks for ways to be successful, not excuses for why she’s not. Her commitment, focus and training intensity inspires, her positive energy uplifts - I can definitely see Kristi helping others to reach their own fitness goals in the future.
