I have been working out with Rebecca Proulx for 12 weeks now.  I never thought it was possible to have flat abs after 40 and by participating in Rebecca’s biweekly class I now have the flat abs that I never thought I would have.  I started to notice results after the first week.  My body is toned, tight and more flexible than it was when I was 20.  My core and upper body strength has dramatically increased.  I have dropped a jean size and feel great.  The results that you will see when working with Rebecca are greater than the ones you might experience doing a series of individual exercises, this is because of the variety of techniques which she uses in her classes.  I would recommend Rebecca to anyone regardless of age or physical limitations.

If you want to feel confident and look great, then you need to join Rebecca Proulx’s work out program.  I’ve worked out many times in gyms and at school and I have never really seen the results that I wanted.  Since I have started working out with Rebecca I have seen honest results.  She has taught me how important healthy eating is, and how to properly work out in a safe and effective manner.  Now I have more energy, I am stronger and toned, and most importantly I feel better about myself.  Not only do I feel better but it has helped me in the everyday things that I do.  I am in training to be a volunteer firefighter and her fitness classes have helped me with that hugely.  There is no way I would have been able to complete the tasks with out working out.  I have never been happier and healthier and I would recommend taking these classes to anyone that wants to better themselves and have fun while doing it.  You deserve it!

I don’t like to work out.  I’m sure many of us can make this statement.  I decided I needed to work out and I didn’t like the gym atmosphere.  I also needed an instructor.  Rebecca Proulx was my link to a fitter me.  She heads small work out classes and keeps us interested by varying her routines.  In 8 weeks I have toned up considerably and lost 7 pounds (no dieting involved – just think if I was trying!)  I noticed a difference right away and best of all so did my husband.  If you don’t like the gym and you do like results, skip the same old dull routine and join Rebecca.  She’ll guide and encourage you to work with your body and become more than you are.
